What data we collect

Clyvio collects the following data when you use our Shopify app:

• Store data: Your Shopify store URL and basic store information required for app functionality.
• Video data: Videos you upload or import, including titles, thumbnails, and product tags.
• Instagram data: When you connect your Instagram account, we access your public profile and video media to enable reel imports.
• Analytics data: Video views, add-to-cart events, and revenue data (anonymous, no PII).

How we use your data

• To provide shoppable video functionality on your Shopify store
• To import videos from your connected Instagram account
• To display analytics about video performance
• To manage your subscription and billing through Shopify

Data storage

Videos are stored on Shopify's CDN. App data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. Instagram access tokens can be revoked at any time by disconnecting your account.

Data deletion

You can delete your data by disconnecting Instagram, deleting videos, or uninstalling the app (all data deleted within 48 hours).
